Adair’s Christmas Gift
It’s Christmastime in the village, but festivities are far from one boy’s mind. The son of a cruel landlord, deprived of his father’s affection, fears his heart is hardening. When the woods surrounding the village send the boy a dream, tempting him to wish for more than he’s been given, he lashes out at his father and is humiliated. But on Christmas Eve, a second dream sent by the woodland spirits forces the boy to see his life in a new light.
